When you LIVE in question, anything is possible.

How are things? We’re one month into the year, and most of my clients are in full swing in their lives. If you’re a person who chooses a theme for the year, are you starting to sense it unfolding? Do you feel that energy that you’ve called forth? Despite what’s going on in the big picture of our world, remember — you’re still the one creating YOUR life.
You’re the one making the choices that create what your life is, where it’s going, and what you have within it. And you always have more choice that you think.
I say that over and over, and most people I work with nod their head at that, and yet still feel stuck. What do you do when you know you’re the one creating your life, and yet nothing is moving or changing and you don’t know how to make it? You ask a question.
Want to try it with me?
Pick an area of your life that feels a little heavy or contracted.
Okay, now about that, ask the following questions aloud:
What else is possible here that I’m not seeing?
What energy can I BE in this situation that will loosen it up for me (and everyone else)?
What am I making significant about this that isn’t significant?
What can I say or do to create more ease here?
What space can I give this so something new can happen?
Do you feel a little lighter? Cool! Now, ask them again.
You just opened the door to new possibilities with those questions. Can you feel it?!
You don’t have to have answers to these questions. In fact, don’t latch on to quick answers — that will just stick you back into conclusion. Instead, let yourself be in wonder and curiosity. Live in the question.
Questions bring us AWARENESS! They bring in new energy. They create space for the Universe to rearrange what has been locked up. They usher in new possibilities.
One of my clients told me that this year, she intends to become great at asking questions. It’s a skill she wants to be better at, and she asked if I’d teach a class on the subject to help her. Sure thing!
So, that’s the phone class of the month. It’s called Ask and Receive: a 21 Day Practice in Asking Questions (about EVERYTHING!) and it begins Tuesday. In this class I’ll teach you how to ask questions that are generative and creative, and how to call b.s. on questions that are actually judgements and conclusions with questions marks attached (not everything that sounds like a question is actually a question).
I’d love to have you join. Read more and register HERE. Each class is recorded and available for download after the course.
Of course, if you prefer to work one-on-one, you can always book a private session. Together we’ll ask questions about any area of your life you want to shift or change.
How does it get any better than that?
